Was at the sturebadet spa yesterday. Trying the hammam bath, but when I go up I notice that the floor is extremely slippery. This leads to me slipping badly and hitting the back of my head in a marble column. I get a jack and I start bleeding. Of course, my sister and I rush from there to the nearest emergency room. On the way out, I tell the reception what has happened, that the floor was extremely slippery, etc. The answer I get back is "well it's slippery on the bath floor, so that's what can happen". Kind of like it's something you have to count on, that you hit the back of the head and start bleeding. Furthermore, they said that there were signs warning of slippery floors. But they didn't see me or my sister. When I call back today, the woman on the phone says that she knows that there is a problem with the slippery floor, but you can't do anything because the building is k-marked. Thus, do not even lay out loose plastic carpets. To me, it sounds like they're thinking more about design than safety. Simply the absolute worst experience I've ever had.
