I've never cried so much I think, I was completely devastated after cutting my hair here. Katrin put my hair up in a tassel and cut it off, which resulted in the hair being much shorter at the nape of the neck compared to the sides. I asked her to cut her hair so it was straight. She also cut much shorter than I asked for so the hair at the nape of the neck was very short. Will have to go to a hairdresser who can correct this which will result in me having to cut off a big piece in the front as well.
