We booked dinner and celebrated my sister's 30th birthday on November 28, 2023. The staff was so confused, in the middle of our dinner the staff comes and says that our time is over when we have 1 and a half hour left and that we have to leave. Then they mistook us for another company. We had to show our booking to stay and then they said oh sorry and left. When we were about to pay, the staff fiddled with their blip and then they added extra drinks and AN EXTRA DINNER BUFFET when we were not even that many people and stood and argued that we did not want to pay for the extra drink and buffet that we have not ordered. We had the glasses on the tables that showed exactly what we had drunk and we were 8 people and they had put in 9 buffets. In the end they said okay but then our boss will be upset. We said that we are not going to pay for anything we didn't order and certainly not for a buffet for 9 people when we were 8. Now in the month of January 2024, my mother who booked the dinner gets a call from the restaurant and they say that an invoice for the dinner that was not paid has been returned to them and asked for the address. It was also a name that was not my mother's and that was not in our company. Then it turns out that it's another company that hadn't paid and they have then sent an invoice in my mother's name with another company's address that didn't pay their bill at their buffet. So this staff has first accused us on the spot that we have to leave earlier, they have added more dishes and drinks to our bill and then they send a fucking invoice and CALL?! When mom again had to explain everything that happened, he apologized and said that they made a mistake. But how much fucking wrong can they do?! That is unacceptable!! Will never go there again and recommend that if you do go there make sure they don't try to fool you as the staff is so incompetent and not service minded. Fyyy
You weren't allowed to take as much meat as you wanted and they didn't often bring the meat either. You had to wait for that when they went around between different tables. , They once came with shrimp and didn't want to give more than 2 shrimps. I had to ask them to come with rails a second time and then it was the same.
