Worthless! Their concept is not-the idea is that you should be able to pick up a bespoke spa packages. I and my husband would book a facial treatment + massage, we had to wait months for an appointment. The day before we'd go call a twittering Lord fr dayspa and says that we will only get to do the massage, totally unsympathetic that we looked forward to making both facial and massage. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or leave back the gift certificate so we took the massage but will never go there. Thanks dayspa for lousy service = 0.
