AVOID Verve Pet Boutique completely, the owner Andre is beyond rude and arrogant. I bought a leather harness from the pet shop under a year ago for my chihuahua. In just under a year the harness fell apart, within weeks of being 'fixed,' it fell apart again. I sent Andre photos of the faulty harness, then sent the harness back to shop either be refunded or replaced. It took over 6 weeks to get a response from Andre about the harness, like it was beneath him to deal with it! There were always excuses! Then when I called for the 30th time, I was told that they couldn't fix the harness at all, and they had to replace the harness and that it would cost me £45! I wasn't even given asked if this would be ok?!?! Their leather products are overpriced and crap! There customer service is atrocious. I have had to take my business elsewhere.
