Svedjan Bageri started out in a barn in Skellefteå and came to Stockholm in autumn 2020. The bakery is known for its sourdough bread and buns. You can also drink excellent coffee from a Swedish roasters here. In spring 2023, they moved premises to the other side of the street and in May 2026 they opened a second branch in another part of Södermalm, on Katarina Bangata.

Amazing little gem! Wonderful bread and baked goods and a delicious daily lunch. It is small and very unpretentious but the food is excellent ( as is the service!)!
