Molly Malone, the heroine of the tragic song Cockles & Mussels, has become one of the most famous symbols of Ireland and its capital city, Dublin. Her statue stands on Suffolk Street and she is also celebrated by sharing her name with a whole series of Irish pubs around the world - and naturally Stockholm has its own Molly Malone's.
