Läge på Stortorget i Gamla Stan. Mitt i smeten, i det turistigaste området i absolut hela Stockholm. Ändå tycker jag att de håller en bra nivå. Kanske är det för att priserna ändå är rät höga och kanske inte drar till sig den typiska turisten?

Läget är som sagt jättebra och supermysigt, precis vid Stortorget. Jag har varit här både på vintern, och suttit inomhus i deras mysiga lokal (vi bokade bord för drinkar för att vara på den säkra sidan men det var också några som bara gick förbi och fick bord). Vid det tillfället drack vi en varsin drink. Jättegoda, inga klassiker direkt utan helt nya, spännande kombinationer. Just lokalen är ju verkligen något speciellt - och egentligen det som är hela grejen med stället. Bara att få sitta och uppleva den någon timme eller två är värt ett besök!

Jag har också varit här på hösten och då satt vi på deras uteservering, inglasad och skyddad från väder och vind, och drack vin och bubbel. Det var supermysigt, gillar verkligen deras uteservering men tyckte att priset på "husets vin" och ett enkelt bubbel var lite för maffiga för vad man fick.

Jag kommer säkert gå tillbaka för att sitta inne, det är verkligen jättehärligt. Och är jag i Gamla stan kan det mycket väl hända att jag hamnar på uteserveringen igen, trots priserna.

I had a signature drink with licorice and violet balls that was really good. No. 2 with lychee wasn't as exciting, but certainly worth trying. My drink I finally chose was made on fermented apples, white jasmine, Citrus, myntasocker and Fänkålspollen (155KR) and was served in an old copper mug. Magically good, all-new dimensions of flavors that I have not known before in a drink. Really cool with lakritssmaken that you could first smell from the fennel and then feel like making itself felt as a taste after the fermented sweet apple.

Pharmarium skulle kunna ligga i ett annat solsystem, i en annan galax. Det känns liksom lite utomjordligt att kliva in och bli bemött av en helhet som känns för genomtänkt och enhetlig för att ligga på torget i g:a stan, inte på ett hörn i ett modernt Mos Eisley.

Menyn är uppdelad i "nya" och "klassiska" drinkar, där jag drack nya och min partner klassiska. Full pott på samtliga, förmodligen godaste drinkarna vi båda druckit. Det är lite pricy men värt det.
