Everything is made by hand from carefully-selected ingredients and the menu includes everything from bread, cakes and pastries to substantial sandwiches, soups and salads. Robin Delselius Bageri is run by third-generation baker Robin Delselius, whose grandfather founded a family bakery in Värmdö in 1986. Nothing is bought-in or semi-finished; genuine craftsmanship and natural ingredients are the watchwords here and everything is baked on site by hand, from scratch. The feel is authentic, with rustic furniture and an inviting, homely atmosphere.
