Ulriksdals Värdshus' traditional julbord has plenty of dishes specially made for vegans and vegetarians - and of course a lot that is naturally vegetarian and vegan. Tyrol's Christmas buffet may have its origins in the wilderness of northern Sweden, but anyone who prefers a vegetarian Christmas spread need not worry about leaving hungry. At Capricci, they've swapped out the traditional Christmas buffet for a wintry four-course menu. In cinematic surroundings overlooking the water, they'll be serving blackened beetroot as a starter, saffron risotto as a primi, grilled portabello mushroom as a main course and saffron ice cream with soft gingerbread for dessert, with familiar flavours given Capricci's own Italian twist.
