A traditional Swedish Christmas julbord buffet doesn't just have to consist of ham, pickled herring and gravadlax. Even the most typical julbord includes plenty of plant-based dishes, but they can often be overlooked. Christmas buffets that focus on the greener elements are becoming increasingly popular each year, and you can find vegetarian and vegan dishes in the more old-school restaurants as well as purely vegetarian spots. Follow our guide to some of the best vegetarian julbord buffets in Stockholm.
