In a historic 19th-century building in the heart of Stockholm city, Thon Hotel Vasa is part of the Norwegian hotel chain Olav Thon Group. A historic feel is combined with modern comfort, in a personal and welcoming atmosphere.

Thon Hotel Vasa is located just a few steps from Stockholm Central Station and thus perfectly located for all public transport as well as a wide range of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The building's history stretches back a long way and has been a hotel since 1907. Through extensive renovations, the premises have been modernised a lot, but the historic spirit lives on through the stucco on the walls and ceilings, large windows and other classic details.

The hotel spreads over seven floors with 144 hotel rooms in different categories. Whether you stay overnight in a smaller standard room or luxuriate in a junior suite, you can count on amenities such as beds from Jensen, blackout curtains, exclusive bedding, your own sound system and a well-stocked minibar. All guests also have access to the hotel's modern gym and a comfortable lounge right next door to the lobby.

On the ground floor is the Salon Terminal restaurant, where you can eat modern brasserie dishes and drink cocktails in the bar. As befits a hotel, the day begins with a hearty breakfast where tasty and sustainable products are in focus. Breakfast is offered both as a buffet and à la carte, and to add a little extra flair, morning coffee is served from fancy silver jugs.
