19 Glas is a highly ambitious restaurant and wine bar in Gamla Stan. Thematic evenings, wine-tastings and fine-dining cuisine are all part of 19 Glas' repertoire.
Based upon the notion that guests should not have to make too many decisions themselves, gastronomic four or seven-course tasting menus are served. The menus are updated weekly and are heavily influenced by European flavours with a Swedish twist.

During lunch there is always a starter and bread, then you choose between three main courses (meat, veg and fish), most of it is gluten-free.

The restaurant is beautiful, it is relaxed, ubermysigt, homely, personal with set tables separated by drapes in sheer fabrics.

The food: Passion. Love. Get ingredients where flavours are amazing, lifted up by perfect seasoning which then unlocks an opera in your mouth. Nothing is complicated but magical. Beautiful on the plate, the scents wonderful. Superb raw materials and Säsonganpassat.
If you are great in the food, you may not be really satisfied during lunch.... but you will long remember the flavors and want to come back for more... It's good too that the menu changes every/every two weeks. Every Thursday it is pea soup
Lunch is really stress-free, luxurious and so relaxing. In the evening at the bar it is noisy and cheerful. Always full and crowded.
