We started the evening with a glass of wine in the wine bar UVA. UVA is located in the same room and was a perfect start to an unforgettable evening!

After the drink we moved to Aristo for dinner. The restaurant offered an incredible drinking and dining experience! My company tried almost every dish on the menu. Can really recommend the duck confit (snacks), tartare (starter), cured tomato (starter) and veal terrine (main course).

We ended the evening with the dessert "100 out of 100" which was by far the (by far) tastiest dessert I've ever eaten. It was this dessert that Kasper Kleihs won Pastry Chef of the Year with in 2021.

The room is very cozy and tastefully decorated. We had a table that allowed us to see into the amazing kitchen. In the kitchen were, among others, Marcus Bremdal (who competed in Chef of the Year 2023) and Kasper Kleihs.
