Hamburger chain Bun Meat Bun are famous for their special "smash technique", which gives their burgers browned, crisp edges. You'll find one of their branches in the K25 food court at Kungsgatan 25. They serve their popular burgers made from fresh chuck steak alongside thin French fries and homemade milkshakes.
Bun Meat Bun opened their first restaurant in Farsta in 2014, which became an immediate success. These days they have branches in and outside the city centre. Come by almost any time of day to sate your hunger with one of a small selection of burgers made from fresh, roughly-ground chuck and served in classic American burger buns. As well as their "Royal Cheese" and other hamburgers the menu also includes a vegan burger with tempeh or halloumi.
Alongside the burgers you can choose from sides and sauces including crisp French fries and American dipping sauces. If you want to go all-in you can choose from various milkshakes made from organic Lejonet & Björnen ice cream. Pick up your food to take away or grab a seat and eat in. Solo diners, friends and families are all equally welcome at Bun Meat Bun. The idea is to enjoy great food in a simple, relaxed way, whether you're just passing through or stay for a few hours.
