Goose Alley Pizza Kiosk

Keep an eye out for the neon sign among the narrow alleyways of the Old Town - when you've found it, on Gåsgränd ("Goose Alley"), you've arrived. Goose Alley Pizza Kiosk serves both innovative and classic pizza slices at lunch and dinner, seven days a week. 

This pizza joint, which takes its name from its address, is just a stone's throw from Gamla stan underground station. You can satisfy your pizza cravings here without having to decide on just one topping; their pizzas are served in the form of slices. 

The menu includes both traditional and slightly less classic pizzas, along with guest appearances. Choose between blonde and tomato-based variations, with salami and cheese, or slightly more unusual ingredients such as nectarines, pears or meatballs - all in well-balanced compositions. Pizzas can also be topped with extra cheese and anchovies, or combined with a dip sauce. The concept is the same at lunch and dinner, although they also serve soup at lunchtime.   

Enjoy your meal indoors surrounded by wooden tables and green walls, outside on the outdoor dining area or grab a slice or two to go. If you're so hungry that a couple of slices just doesn't cut it, the other option is a 50cm family-size pizza. Eat it by yourself or share with friends. Or buy a few frozen slices to take home and enjoy another day.
