Because it can be a bit of vibrato in the beginning of these spots so I waited with my review until now when I have been there four times (and tested two burgers we some of these occasions).

When it comes to the Burger so I will focus on double cheesen, for it is the one I think is best. Magic quite easily. Good crust, good meat that is fairly heavily seasoned and usually very good fried with pink core (and the times they were cooked through, they have still been juicy). The bread is very good. The first two visits, I thought it was a bit "tough", but I have not experienced the last two visits. Good mayonnaise and good cheese (not quite as fond of the cheese on high fiven though). The biggest problem with the Burger, I think, is that the "slides" and is difficult to eat. It gets sticky and even if it doesn't do anything for the taste, it's a little less (which, however, most areas have problems, except Flippin and BMB, which I think is the best at it). This problem was less at one visit, but then was not the Burger quite as good. Can be a correlation between the amount of mayonnaise.

In summary, a great Burger which I keep in the top along with the Flippin, BMB, Shake Shack and ev. any more.

When it comes to Pommes (which is important to me!), I have to say that it is the most delicious I ate at a hamburger place. They have a lot of other accessories that look nice out, not least vegetarian, but I can not resist the fries so I have only tasted a few of the other. You can also top off their accessories with miscellaneous stuff like roasted garlic and truffle salt. I have just tested the latter and it is really nice, but there are some problems with it. "one is that they" always "(three by three times that I have chosen it) has been longer, which means that they do not feel newly made (one of the few times it was so much that I asked for new, which of course was no problem). The other is that they probably have been salted with salt before the truffle salt. For they have become extremely salty. Guess that both of these are "teething problems" and will be fixed when they finlirar.

Milkshaken is good, but also difficult to fail and I think it should taste more, be more, and above all not as runny. Most other Burger restaurants have improved.

A minus for Pepsi (which should be pointed out when asking for Coke), but a plus for the great beverage selection.

The prices are well much like the Phils and Flippin. Maybe a Crown over here and there? A little unsure, but when running shakes, tops accessories, mm, so it will not really cheap, but so it is with virtually all Burger restaurants except the BMB.

The concept generally feels just right in time and I hope they spread out and begin to compete with the actual fast-food chains. It's very fresh and everything feels organic (but have no idea if it actually is).

1: Inte är ett så stort fan av hamburgare
2: Inte äter rött kött
Och vad som går att utläsa av tidigare recensioner hyllas de köttiga hamburgarna och är en restaurang som satsar på just kött. Men då det serveras vegetariska alternativ har jag också möjlighet att göra min röst hörd!

Vid besöket tog jag Middle eastern dream burgaren som är gjord på falafel, friterad aubergine, tabbouleh & chipotlemajo 129kr och som tillbehör Weekly greens med lättfriterade grönsaker utvalda efter säsong 39kr. För en som dyrkar falafel, som jag, hade det varit mer prisvärt och godare att faktiskt äta en traditionell falafel, det går inte att sticka under stolen med, men den var god. Burgaren var riktigt bra stekt, faktiskt bättre än många "vanliga" falafel jag ätit. Chipotelmajon hade perfekt balans av hetta, krämighet och rökig smak som gifte sig fint med spiskumminen och auberginen. Brödet var luftigt och nästan på gränsen till att vara för mjukt. Jag upplevde att burgaren blev ovanligt kletig och saknade stabilitet, som kan underlätta när man ska äta med händerna. Men det är bara en liten detalj. Grönsakerna var spännande och det kändes väldigt nutid att faktiskt erbjuda annat än sötpotatis. Brysselkålen var perfekt, mjuk och krispig på samma gång men palsternackan smakade 100% ingenting. Till nästa gång kommer jag beställa vanliga pommes som jag fick smaka på av min kompis och var helt gudomligt goda, bästa jag ätit hittills på restaurang.

Miljön här är väldigt avskalad och i min smak alldeles för opersonlig, samtidigt som allting har ett tydligt ID och röd tråd. Jag föredrar det mjuka och grönska, här blir det mer likt snabbmatsrestaurang konceptet med stora ytor, bänkar och "ful-ljus". Priserna överlag ligger som liknande ställen i Stockholm och notan slutar strax runt 180-200kr med en burgare, tillbehör, sås och dryck tillsammans. Det som saknas är min älskade halloumiburgare och jag vet inte om det är strategiskt av Johan eller bara dumt att slopa den. Återstår att se vad som händer i framtiden men jag är övertygad om att konceptet kommer finnas på fler ställen i Sverige.
