What a night! What an experience! Everything from the food to the drinks and the chef's presentation of all the dishes was exquisite. I also recommend choosing the beverage package; everything pairs beautifully with the tasting menu. There are only 10 seats; you sit at the bar, watch the performance, and everyone eats at the same time. In addition, all the porcelain the food is served on is an experience in itself, a very special order from the end of the world.
