This welcoming neighbourhood restaurant is in cosy Vasastan, a stone's throw from Odenplan. Noorm is run by a friendly crew who aim to offer excellent food at reasonable prices, in warm, inviting surroundings.
The menu lists dishes in less, more and most formats - that is, both small plates and more substantial main courses, which can be combined to create a sharing dinner or a separate three-course meal. Flavour inspiration comes from all corners of the world, but a regular feature on the menu is the weekly Swedish homecooking dish, which can be anything from raggmunk potato pancakes to Salisbury steak. If you want to let the chef choose his favourites for you, you can book the chef's table, where the whole party is served a selection of dishes from the current menu, while watching the fast-paced work in the kitchen. Both classic cocktails and the place's own creations are shaken and stirred here, and you can also have a glass of wine, a beer or a non-alcoholic alternative as well as with something to eat. Alla borde gå till Noorm. Hyfsat nytt ställe och till synes ganska enkel restaurang men oj så trevligt och gott! Personalen är toppen och otroligt måna om att man har det trevligt och att man ska trivas. Vi valde att dela på mellanrätterna och det var otroligt...
