The hamburger chain has made a name for itself with its aim of proving that burgers can be much more than just dodgy fast food. They make everything from the dressings to the crispy French fries on site, and the organic burger buns (which can be ordered gluten-free) is delivered freshly baked from a local bakery. Burgers are made from ground chuck steak and brisket, and there are vegetarian alternatives in the form of halloumi and vegan beef.
