12/7-2023 En spontanare - bra koncept synd dock att solen försvinner på uteserveringen. Ska besöka igen allt smakade gott, med unika smaker och kombinationer men hade önskat lite mer ”sås” eller ”kräm” då det var väldigt mycket på toppen och när det var slut var det bara potatis kvar.

As a full meal, it wasn't enough for me. Everything gets very heavy with side dishes that are deep-fried and then fries. Toppings etc are yummy, but as I said not enough to carry a meal. We had a solo dinner and was really craving fries.

Had a hard time getting in touch with the staff to get a table. After all, it was Tuesday and it was full! Nightclub music at a pleasant sound level?! Are they even in restaurants these days?

Kul och annorlunda restaurang med friterat på menyn. Deras huvudrätter är skålar med pommes frites med olika teman, såser och topping. Ett måste är att beställa in bitterballen som tillbehör, det är en blandning av en krokett och köttbulle och är ett klassisk holländskt tilltugg. Efter att själv nyligen ha bott en tid i Amsterdam tyckte jag att det var kul att det här stället har öppnat på hemmaplan och deras bitterballen smakar exakt som på barerna där. Vi fick ett bord mitt i lokalen där det var lite svårt att prata då de har en dj som spelade rätt hög musik, men det tillhör konceptet och i övrigt var det bra stämning och god mat. De har helt klart lyckats få till en holländsk vibe mitt i centrala Stockholm.

Jag älskar pommes och ville såklart testa denna restaurang direkt. Var här för en lunch, vilket var lite billigare och på så vis prisvärt. Inga problem att få plats då det var två andra sällskap där när vi kom.

Dock lite besviken, hade höga förväntningar på krisp och goa tillbehör. Till pommes fritesen valde vi ”bites”, jag tog kyckling men det var tyvärr ingen favorit. Mitt sällskap tog däremot krabban och den var helt ok. Absolut värt ett besök men inte riktigt vad jag förväntat mig.
