Global buffet

Grilled flavours from all over the world combined with Swedish home cooking is the name of the game at Restaurang Brazilia, inside Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan, the Royal Institute of Technology. A large and varied lunch buffet is served here with hot dishes, soups and salads prepared according to family recipes. The venue can also be booked for celebrations such as weddings and birthday dinners.

Brazilia started out as a small family business in 1999, and has grown into a large lunch restaurant that also functions as a post-work hangout and events venue. Every weekday, the buffet is filled with international flavours in the form of grilled vegetables, sauces and soups as well as a daily homecooking special, which can be anything from potato pancakes to meat stew - always with a vegetarian option. The icing on the cake are their homemade desserts that are included in the lunch. Their philosophy is that the food should both be of high quality and feel affordable, and if you want to save even more money, you can choose take away.

As evening falls, Brazilia transforms into a place for relaxed post-work hanging out. The menu is à la carte and features favourites such as burgers and pizza, which can be washed down with a beer or a glass of wine.

The restaurant can also be booked for weddings, corporate events and other functions, offering tailor-made arrangements that include everything from three-course menus to buffets. If you want a more intimate setting for your event, there's another function room upstairs.
