Does the perfect pizza exist? The founders of Slice of New York decided to find the definitive answer to this question. So they packed their bags and travelled around the world on the hunt for the secret behind the perfect pizza.

Slice of New York have gathered inspiration from travels around Eruope and the street corners of the city that never sleeps - Manhattan, New York. As the name also suggests, pizzas are served as slices, ready to eat in your hand in just a couple of minutes.

Only the very best ingredients are used. Their pizza dough has a low GI thanks to slow proving and is baked with flour packed with protein. Slice of New York focuses on five pizza flavours with classic ingredients. Flat Iron, Brooklyn, New York New York and New York Supreme are four tomato-based pizzas with flavours such as mushroom and pepperoni. Dabrowski Special is their blonde pizza option, with cheese, creme fraiche, leeks and truffle mayo.
