Nightmare at Yashuragi hotel, the night I have ever had in my life.\r\n\r\nI was invited by my workplace to participate in a meeting at Yasuragi hotel, Saltsjö-Boo, Hasseludden, Hamndalsvägen 6. I had read previously good reviews about the hotel, but unfortunately I have had a nightmare at the hotel. When I took the first spoonful of dessert there, something very solid came into my mouth (stone, almond shell, etc.?), I suddenly felt a strong pain with a voice to break teeth. I was shocked and spitted out everything in my mouth. I left the restaurant calmly without disturbance or criticism from the staff out of respect for my colleagues and the guests. I immediately went to the reception and told the receptionist about what happened to me, she was very sympathetic to me, wrote a damage report, called the restaurant manager, he came immediately, was sorry and apologized. I met the next day one of the managers C.E, who was also sympathetic to me, promised me that the hotel would pay for my dental treatment, he wrote down name, email and phone number on a small sheet and left it for me to submit the dentist’s bill to him after the dentist visit. The hotel’s CEO emailed me after 3 days, stating that she wants to avoid taking financial responsibility for the incident because I did not preserve my spit as evidence of the incident, nor did the restaurant manager and receptionist ask me about my spit at the time of the incident. The manager C.E asked the day after as well. From the CEO’s email I understand that she does not trust the receptionist, the restaurant manager, manager C.E, all my colleagues who were with me at the restaurant, she does not trust the dentist’s treatment plan and information about urgent dental treatment that I have received?! It does not make sense how a person employed as CEO of a large hotel like Yasuragi hotel would demand from an injured person who suddenly experienced severe pain and shock to have concentration at the time of the incident to collect their spit and save it for a few days as evidence and show it later to the CEO so that she might possibly accept responsibility for negligence and lack of control by the restaurant staff. I have a question, why does Yasuragi hotel’s CEO try at all costs to defend the mistake at the hotel and not consider guests’ lives, health and finances. I will pay as a conference participant for only one night at Yasuragi hotel 20,000 kronor for treatment and repair of my tooth in addition to the pain and the loss of my physical and mental health.

I had booked me and my old mother today to let us swim a bit and enjoy a whole day in peace and quiet. We were really looking forward to taking part Of all the improvements that Yasuragi writes on its website.
It was exactly the opposite!
After we have been referred to Badreceptionen by the man behind the counter on the ground floor, And when we walked the long corridor down to the bath, there were no signs that spoke The location was very poor.
There was nothing to tell you that you would take off your shoes and put on slippers, Which was in a basket there, and which meant that some went in with Ytterskorna on.
In the changing rooms, it was subdued light and dark walls and then I could not see Any sign that talked about where I was, I had to walk around and look after.
My mother who is older and has difficulty walking and does not look so good in the dark had problems To find in the Lady Room and had to ask other visitors.
No one had explained to us that the instructions for the operation of the lockers were The reception was very friendly. I saw it by coincidence when I added the card up And down on the bench, but my mother got confused.
When after Tvagningsriten-which was nice to implement-came out where there was before A 25-metre swimming pool that you could swim and get to touch the body occasionally, It has been built again and there are now only mass concrete blocks with water passages. As a maze with water aisles.
Here it was before white, light and airy, which made it breathed freely and could forget The daily stress. But after the renovation it is obscure and cramped and you just want to Away. Unimaginable how to build away light and openness and place in its place Block walls with narrow aisles!
The architect who drew this does not have a clue about Feng Shui!
Even worse, many of the visitors were ignoring the rules that Yasuragi has set up: Upholstery and silence.
There were several who neglected to put on the coat and walked around only in the swimsuits and Some younger women had put on their own bikini. A couple of necked in one of the aisles. Two older men sat and talked loudly about business.
Although there were staff who walked by and must have both seen and heard what was going on, So there was no one who said.
Me and my mother went home after 1 1/2 hour. We had had enough. You didn't get a quiet moment!
Yasuragi is not what it has been. It is much, much worse. And even though I have badkort With 4 clips left, I will not go there again. Yasuragi has nothing to do with Japan anymore.

Have ordered afterwork package for myself and my husband. Had high expectations but were a bit disappointed with our stay. The place was bigger than I thought and surely over 150 people were running around. It wasn't cozy anywhere. I would say Yasuragi is not a spa, rather a regular sauna. It is not worth the money and we will absolutely not come back.
