They bake bread of all kinds and the man behind the stove is Gabriel di Grado - a previous winner of Baker of the Year and the Swedish Baking Championships. Everything they make is made from natural ingredients with no additives.

Healthfood guru Renée Voltaire's holistic philosophy pervades this vegan café. Sit down for a while or take away. The concept is based on food in its purest form - organic, unprocessed and additive-free. Fill up on trendy chia pudding, nut youghurt or a delicious buckwheat sandwich and add a real vitamin kick with cold-pressed juice.
