This stone-oven bakery can be easy to miss as it's not on one of the neighbourhood's main streets, but it's well worth a detour. They bake bread of all kinds and the man behind the stove is Gabriel di Grado - a previous winner of Baker of the Year and the Swedish Baking Championships. Everything they make is made from natural ingredients with no additives.
