This vegan healthfood café on Odengatan have made a name for themselves with their Insta-friendly dishes and sweet treats. Kickstart the day with nutritious smoothie bowls, juices and other plant-based creations. Most of the food and drinks they serve are organic.

Delibaren is in the heart of the impressive Brygghuset building on Odenplan. Steer a course for a lovely long breakfast which is served on weekdays. This top quality artisan bakery is run by restaurateurs Mathias Dahlgren and Martin Berg. They sell rye bread, along with other breads made from other Swedish grains. Buy your breakfast bread to take home with you or take a seat and eat breakfast in.

Haga Bottega in Hagastaden lays out a generous breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs and bacon, mini croissants, smoothies, fruit, yoghurt and sourdough bread, among other things. Hold a breakfast meeting or start your working day here with your laptop and free wifi.

Gast on Rådmansgatan is a stylish and popular breakfast option. Choose from sandwiches, American pancakes and porridge, as well as tempting pastries and excellent coffee. Trendy, pared-back interiors, with candles and leafy plants, set the scene.

Sandwiches, juices, coffee - Urban Deli has everything you need to fill you up and make you happy in the morning. They're open early in the morning and then all day, from breakfast to late dinner, with a deli and a restaurant to drop by whenever hunger strikes.

At the small artisan bakery Bergstrands, just a stone's throw from Odenplan, breakfast is served in the form of well-made sandwiches, freshly baked croissants filled with hearty ingredients, chia pudding, and fine coffee. The bakery is small but cosy, and when the weather permits, the outdoor seating is a lovely place to start your day.

This popular brunch concept on the corner of Dalagatan and Kungstensgatan serves healthy porridge, fruit bowls and bagels, as well as trendy brunch dishes for all tastes. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

At Non Solo Bar you can grab an espresso on the go or stay for a while and enjoy a proper breakfast with porridge, scrambled eggs and other hearty breakfast dishes, in the heart of Rörstrandsgatan. They open bright and early, ready to welcome their early-bird guests. 

Pom & Flora's beautiful breakfast creations are a regular feature on social media. They serve breakfast all day with dishes such as various bowls, porridge, scrambled eggs and banana bread. It's worth getting here early as there's often a queue out of the door.

Modern combines with old-fashioned charm and the traditional with the trendy at Systrarna Andersson. The decor is reminiscent of rustic cafés in the countryside, but most of what they serve is extremely Instagram-friendly.
