Oxenstiernan is run by renowned silversmith and jeweller Sebastian Schildt and creative director Elvira Lindqvist. Together, they've created a place where art and food meet. The idea for the concept was born when Sebastian saw that the 18th century building next door to his workshop was empty, and shortly after it opened the restaurant was awarded a green Michelin star. 

In an old boatyard out on Djurgården is Slipen, a restaurant whose interior reflects its marine location with large windows facing the water and wooden boats hanging from the ceiling. In summer, the terrace is a big draw, while the winter season offers indoor cosiness complete with sheepskins and candlelight. Food-wise, the theme is Swedish, with some European influences

In the legendary premises that used to house Östergök, you'll now find Cuculo. The legacy of the renowned 60s restaurant remains, albeit with a slightly more modern twist. The team behind this charming neighbourhood restaurant on Sankt Eriksplan has travelled far and wide gathering culinary inspiration. The menu reflects this, with Spanish tapas classics sitting alongside fragrant Asian dishes. But the concept is fully Spanish; you can drop by Sthlm Tapas for a glass of wine, a small dish to stave off the hunger pangs after work or a slap-up meal with friends and family.
