Brisket & Friends' third smokehouse restaurant in Stockholm is on Östgötagatan, in the alleyway that leads up to Mosebacke Torg. Enjoy freshly-smoked meat with accompaniments such as coleslaw or mac 'n' cheese, ideally combined with an ice-cold beer.
Brisket & Friends was founded in Årsta and immediately became a success with its penchant for Texas-influenced BBQ. Brisket, smoked beef brisket, takes centre stage on the menu here. The meat is smoked overnight and served with American side dishes prepared daily. The same concept also applies to the restaurant on Södermalm, which is furnished with booths, industrial lamps and photographs on the walls. Meat and side dishes are served here for both lunch and dinner, as well as, of course, beer to wash your food down with.
Both the lunch and dinner menu at Brisket & Friends consists of protein of choice ordered by weight and combined with hot and cold sides with Texas flavours. In other words, you can pick and choose as you like, but you can also order a ready-made plate with a mixture of meat and sides if you can't really decide. Beer fans can choose from different varieties served on tap, which are updated regularly.
The restaurant has several drop-in places and you can also order your food as take away.
