På amerikansk-mexikanska Los Tacos serveras tacos, burritos, quesadillas och bowls på socialt vis, med fokus på sharing. Konceptet grundades av Brian Kovary, som flyttade från Kalifornien och bestämde sig för att ta med sig taco-upplevelsen från San Diego till Norden. Den första restaurangen öppnades i Bergen i Norge 2015 och sedan dess har konceptet spridit sig.
