Brisket & Friends opened up in Årsta industrial area and before long they opened a second branch on Upplandsgatan in the city centre. The menu consists of various barbequed meats, such as pulled pork and sticky chicken wings, which are ordered by weight and combined with hot and cold sides such as coleslaw and mac and cheese. There are also vegetarian and vegan alternatives.
The Texan-style decor is rustic, with long wooden tables, leather benches, industrial lamps and exposed brick. On Fridays you can hang out after work and try their tasting tray which consists of different beers and freshly-smoked wings and sausages. The restaurant also has a hidden courtyard dining area which is open all year round.
