Steer a course to Delibaren, in the magnificent Brygghuset building just a stone's throw from Odenplan, for a cosy breakfast, tasty lunch or buzzy post-work drink. Or just drop by after work and buy something delicious from the deli to take home with you.
This former pilsner brewery building has been transformed into a unique events space, with an emphasis on interpersonal meetings. In the heart of Brygghuset is Delibaren, which represents the building's pulse and has such a lovely atmosphere you'll want to take it home with you.
Which you can - in the form of fine foods from the deli. They stock selected delicacies such as fine cheeses, charcuterie and seasonal vegetables. Ideal for days when your cooking inspiration fails you, as as the staff are happy to help you with recommendations for dishes to using the produce they're selling that day. Any ingredients they don't manage to sell in the deli are used in the kitchen. They place a great emphasis on sustainability and on serving organic, honest food made from responsibly grown vegetables and happy animals.
If you'd rather eat in that's also fine. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as small dishes to go with your post-work drink a couple of times of week. The bar serves artisanally-brewed beer from small-scale Swedish breweries, a varied wine list and cocktails. On Wednesdays they hold a quiz and on Fridays they turn up the volume and celebrate the weekend.
