Explained i was disappointed, then insulted me by accusing me of wanting free nails, then threatened me with the police if i didn’t pay full price. Locked me in the store until i paid. Will cut off when home. Worst service and experience ever. Was so rough and hurt my nails, cut my cuticles multiple times. Blamed me for only speaking up at the end. When i was hoping they would turn out good. Left in tears. Wanted a design with the nude tone underneath but they were so rough it couldn’t be done. I was in the chair for over two hours for this.
