Fru Bellman

Fru Bellman is a slightly tucked-away little retro café on Bellmansgatan behind Mariatorget where they serve healthy lunches and homemade cakes. They also put on art exhibitions and private events on the premises. The café is owned by nutritionist Rebecca Granath, who is passionate about energy-giving, filling food made with care.

There's been a café on the premises since 1938 and, while much of the original decor remains, it's been given a facelift and a healthy menu, filled with everything from rich vegan soups to grilled sandwiches and hearty salads. You can also find homemade goodies on the counter such as pies and cakes, as well as nutritious raw balls and rawfood cakes. Drinks include organic coffee, chai, juice, smoothies and more.

Fru Bellman hires out the space and organises various kinds of events, everything from breakfast meetings to art exhibitions, weddings and cocktail parties. They can also provide catering.
