The Easter holidays at Junibacken are all about dressing up and all children who come in Easter-themed costumes will get a gift. There will also be activities, exhibitions and theatrical performances. The Easter holidays at Junibacken run from 25th March-7th April.

For the whole family
There are masses of fun activities and events for the whole family at Skansen open-air museum. Experience Swedish traditions in traditional houses and farm buildings, listen to stories and music, enjoy Easter arts and crafts, paint Easter eggs in the Ukrainian way or make your own witch's broomstick. Action stations
Tolv Stockholm entertainment centre has 7,000 square meters of fun and activities such as bowling, adventure golf, shuffleboard, arcade games, table tennis and basketball to enjoy during the Easter holiday. Over the holiday week, they'll also have a craft corner with an Easter theme and face painting, and if you're lucky, the Easter bunny might make an appearance. Adventures for the whole family

Among kings and their artefacts
The Easter break at Livrustkammaren offers plenty of exciting activities. In the vaults that house the museum, which is Sweden's museum of royal history, you can view royal artefacts and visit the magical Children's Armoury as well as other fun holiday activities. The Museum of Science and Technology holds Easter holiday courses for tech-interested kids who want to learn programming at all different levels. Easter at the palace
Admire Countess Wilhelmina von Hallwyl's perfectly preserved art collections, and get an insight into the luxury and everyday life in Stockholm at the time, at the Hallwyl Museum. The museum was built as a private palace for the countess and her husband, and it looks exactly the same today as when they left it in 1920. Preserve the memory of the Holocaust

Sweetie walk in the greenhouse
Visit the Edvard Anderson greenhouse and find out which plants are hidden in your Easter egg. You'll find cacao trees in the Palm Hall, whose cacao beans are used in chocolate, and sugar palms also grow here. Don't miss eating lunch or having a coffee in the Gamla Orangeriet.

Skoklosters Castle is putting on a baroque Easter, with baroque flower arrangements and decoupage Easter egg decoration.
