At Mormors Pasta in Lindhagen, handmade artisanal pasta is the order of the day. Stop by for a delicious meal or post-work drink, buy something to take home from the well-stocked delicatessen or book yourself in for a wine tasting, cheese tasting or pasta-making course. There are always fun, food-related events going on here.
Mormors Pasta is open from morning to evening. In the morning, they serve a generous breakfast buffet and breakfast packages, while lunch offers flavours from different parts of the world - with pasta taking centre stage. In the evening, the menu expands with snacks, starters, main courses, charcuterie plates and desserts, mainly with flavours from Southern Europe. In between, you can drop by for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine from an ever-changing list. There is also a private dining room.
The deli sells carefully selected seasonal products, pantry items and lunch ready meals ready to be heated. You will of course find their own pasta products on the shelves, both long and short pasta, such as spaghetti, linguine, fusilli and penne.
Mormors Pasta also arranges events such as pasta making, wine tastings and cheese tastings for both private individuals and companies. In this way, they want to make it easy to invite friends, family and employees to memorable and educational food experiences.
Everything revolves around a philosophy of preserving traditional flavours using modern methods and high-quality ingredients. All pasta is made from Swedish ingredients in their own pasta factory.

En riktig pärla! Restaurangen bjuder på fantastisk god mat och miljön är otroligt fin och mysig. Servicen är mycket bra och personalen får en att känna sig väl omhändertagen.
