MW Eat

MW Eat is a collection of quality Indian restaurants in London. Starting with Chutney Mary in 1990, the group brought authentic Indian cuisines to the forefront, won multiple awards, and was a favourite of London's leading restaurant critic Fay Maschler.

In 1997, MW Eat acquired Veeraswamy, Britain's oldest Indian restaurant, and transformed it into a contemporary dining spot, followed by the launch of Masala Zone in 2001, which popularised Indian street and home food in a vibrant setting. Amaya, started a few years later, brought a unique concept of showcasing grilled Indian foods in a theatrical kitchen, earning numerous awards and a Michelin star within months of its opening.
