WARNING!
I booked a jump for my brother's bachelor party, but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate on that date, so I canceled it completely. In response, I received an email stating that it was possible to reschedule, but I called in and said we didn't want to jump. I never got my money back and have been arguing with them for a year, and now they're saying that the money is "forfeited" for the unused jump.
Jump with a more reputable company than these scammers! Terrible customer service and difficult to reach by both phone and email—they avoid you like the plague and do everything they can to drag out the process before stealing your money, despite claiming to have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is a complete lie.
