Har under flera år varit en återkommande kund hos DaySpa, dels för egen del men även vid köp av presentkort. Uppskattar deras salong och deras koncept.

Däremot gick det lite snett här senast vilket medförde en mycket tråkig insikt i deras kundbemötande. Jag köpte nämligen två spapaket till min fru, jag var en tillsynes enkel kund som glatt köpte allt som säljaren rekommenderade.

När delar av den behandling som jag betalat för uteblev bad jag min fru påtala detta inför sin andra behandling. Efter en diskussion går de med på att ge tillbaka pengarna för en av två uteblivna behandlingar, den andra kan de nämligen inte ge tillbaka för de var en(tidigare okänd) kostnad för massagebänken. Detta är alltså en retroaktiv kostnad som inte finns med på kvittot och som det inte informerades vid köpet.
När jag sedan får höra detta skickar jag ett mail till DaySpa och påpekar att det måste skett ett missförstånd, för inte kan de ta betalt retroaktivt för en tjänst som de aldrig informerat en kostnad om? Svaret blev ett telefonsamtal där personen som ringde mig kände sig kränkt över hur jag kunde antyda sådana hemskheter om deras verksamhet, personen valde till och med att använda retorik så som "..men lilla du.." och "förstår du inte..".

Frågan hade varit väldigt enkel för vår del;
1. Ge tillbaka pengarna för den behandling de glömde att ge, men tagit betalt för.
2. Be om ursäkt(mänskliga faktorn kan alltid förekomma)
3. Bjud på juice eller vad som "plåster på såren".

Istället väljer man;
1. Efter några om och men att ge tillbaka pengarna för en av två uteblivna behandlingar.
2. Påpeka att kunden inte förstår att bänken faktisk kostar pengar och att vi ska vara glada över att vi nästan slapp betala för den.
3. Påpeka att det inte är deras fel om kunden inte förstår deras menyer.

Företaget DaySpa har nu bränt minst två, tidigare nöjda kunder.

Det är supertråkigt att läsa om folk som inte alls är nöjda :( Jag läste många recensioner innan jag gick dit och hade inga särskilda förväntningar då jag läst en del dåligt om DaySpa. Jag blev positivt överraskad. De var trevliga i telefon när jag bokade och jätte trevliga fast jag rusade in sen och stressad pga parkeringsbrist. En kille tog min kappa och jag fick gå in i ett privat rum och börja med 60 minuter helkroppsmassage, som var hur skön som helst! Är jätte nöjd med min massör. Efter det tog jag 30 minuter expressfräsch ansiktsbehandling så jag fick bara vända på mig efter massagen så satte hon igång med ansiktet direkt. Mycket smidigt!

Jag kommer absolut gå hit igen. Efteråt fick jag lite tips på bra hudvårdsprodukter, men inte alls på ett "påprackat" sätt. De har kanske läst och tagit till sig av kritiken, för jag var iallafall jättenöjd. Sen kanske detta inte riktigt kan jämföras med ett SPA SPA, typ som Sturebadet. Men så är ju heller inte deras koncept. Jag gillar att detta är lite mer vardagligt! :)
