Vi bodde här en natt och började med lunch på terrasen tillsammans med lite vin. Det var jättegott och härligt att sitta under ett av parasollerna på terrassen.

Efteråt checkade vi in på vårt rum. Vi hade valt ett Deluxrum som var stotr och unikt och spännande inrett i gammal stil men ändå modernt. Vi hade fönster ut mot poolen och det var riktigt riktigt mysigt. Badrummet var helt enormt!

På eftermiddagen badade vi i poolen som enkom är för övernattande hotellgäster. Lite minus är att poolen, trots en riktigt varm sommar, var ISKALL. Men, det är en av Sveriges första utomhuspooler så samtidigt förstår jag att man inte vill påverka bygget med modernisering. Det som var lite tråkigt var att det stod en dammsugare vid poolkanten hela tiden. Den hade man kunnat städa undan för lite trevligare look.

På kvällen blev det middag inomhus i en av salarna. Riktigt trevligt och med riktigt slottskänsla. Man kan äta a la carte eller en fast meny. Vi tog menyn och maten var verkligen hur god som helst.

Vi hade barnen med oss och de anstränger sig verkligen. Det finns en bra barnmeny och barnen får teckningar och pennor som de kan sitta och rita med under middagen. Trots det tror jag att man generellt sätt har en mycket trevligare vistelse om man åker dit som två vuxna själva - eller eventuellt med äldre barn.

Kommer definitivt åka tillbaka!!!

Daytrip. I like this place so amazingly much. Has been here both during the summer and winter.
I just love all their rooms, the dining room as well as those upstairs where you can sit and sip champagne surrounded by warmth and the castle interior (have no other word to describe the interior). Also, afternoon tea..... Not worth the money or the taste buds.-(their tea is very good, however.

I was here earlier this summer when it was very hot! Child-friendly and is incredibly beautiful with fields and water close by. We took a little picnic under the apple trees, walked around and checked the horses in the stable next door. There is a large nature reserve to explore but we did not have time before lunch would be eaten. We all had a Caesar salad with shrimp that was so amazingly good!
