The aim at Amalia is to be “that place on the corner” where you can drop by at any time and feel right at home. Muted tones of pink and green create a charming, relaxed environment, and if you want to sit in slightly buzzier surroundings, there are a couple of seats in the bar, where you can watch the chefs at work.
Food-wise, the kitchen has done away with all kinds of restrictions and limitations, allowing playfulness instead to pervade the menu, which includes small snacks, somewhat larger dishes and desserts. Inspiration comes from all corners of the world and flavours are mixed freely with each other to create new, innovative dishes.
