Bird was about as I had expected food wise. As we understand the name, it's very Bird on the menu. Mainly in street food-form with a little Asian twist here and a little South American elements there. It's tacos, chicken burger, duck burgers, wings in different forms, etc. To an appetizer, snack or as they call it, I took the fried cauliflower, which was really nice.
