It's been several months since my visit to Sushi Sho but I have actually found it difficult to put a finger on what this review will contain. Until now.
When I booked the table on Sushi Sho I thought it really is wonderful to experience a star restaurant in Stockholm for just $600, however, I Now understand how they afterward have managed the feat.
During my visit, I came on myself to excuse thing after thing because the food is amazing and for the low price.
The room is very small and create really isn't a "star experience" plus they have squeezed as many chairs as physically possible. There are not so many who served so it takes a little time for everyone to get the plates and we did not get any deeper exposition of the rights (sometimes barely knew what one would eat) ... so the service is not what you expect when you visit a star restaurant.
These parts of my experience chafed during the evening but as I repeatedly apologized for it were served great food at a low price (at least in comparison with other top restaurants).
So your experience at Sushi Sho hangs on the food ... and at the low price. The food was great but what did it cost? Tasting menu cost $600 (at the time of writing, it costs around £ 700) but with drinks and coffee and tea facilities, we were up at 1200. After tasting menu was completed was the proposal to order some "extrarätter" which we did without getting any awards presented ("how much can they cost, the entire menu costs only $600," we said to each other). It turned out that they cost 300 SEK/each and we had ordered two was. So our experience at Sushi Sho cost 1800 SEK per person ... is it really so little? Is the food worth the sum when you weigh in all the above flaws? Doubtful. The food was really amazing but will I go back? Maybe.
PS. A month before the above visit I tried Imouto. Then came the Bill not far from it on the Sushi Sho and in all honesty was the experience stronger on all points. My recommendation is to stay away from extrarätterna for then I think it would give Sushi Sho 5/5, now they settle with 4/5. DS.

So Sushi Sho is a real experience! Limited seats and personal service. The food is cooked before your eyes and served right for the dish. I appreciated the personal service with a special ear for which drink was desired and suitable for the food. The food itself was both beautiful and tasty! The menu varies daily. Take the last pass to get the opportunity to buy an extra dish for the day! I could have wished a little more "Hello and welcome! Let's get started", but otherwise really awesome and will be happy to come again!

Du sitter vid en liten bar och maten lagas framför dig (rekommenderar att gå dit max två tillsammans) Råvarorna är fantastiska så maten är supergod, men lite tråkig. Det är liksom ris + fisk. Det finns dock några riktiga guldkorn till rätter som är håll käften goda. Personligen hade jag önskat lite mer presentation av rätterna som serverades. Som helhet Är besöket en härlig upplevelse men jag tror jag hade lite för höga förväntningar som de tyvärr inte kunde leva upp till helt.

Roligt att de har omfamnat det japanska konceptet med mindre intimare sittningar och fokuserar på fiskens rena smaker istället för att överdosera med onödiga smakkomponenter. Estetiskt tilltalande rätter på vackert porslin och jag gillar att de har en skandinavisk touch i deras meny. Dock har de tryckt in flera platser i deras lilla lokal, och det blir lätt känslan av ”sex laxar i en laxask” dvs trångt och tex fönsterplatserna som vi satt vid gjorde att man kände sig lite exkluderad då vi inte fick en lika genomgående presentation som de övriga fick. Att få en gedigen förklaring hur Saakeprovningen matchade fisken förekom knappt, vilket kändes tråkigt. Pris för en avsmakningsmeny gick på 700kr /person för ca 16 rätter. Sen kunde man köpa till tre olika tuna smårätter för 200kr st, vilket vi gjorde, och tuna tartaren var magisk! Att detta skulle vara en stjärnkrog tycker jag tyvärr inte riktigt att de håller ribban för, det finns helt enkelt en del att förändra för att det ska nå dit, men helt klart värt besöket för i slutändan var råvarorna riktigt bra! Vi var mätta, nöjda och glada när vi lämnade stället.
