Review of Centralbadet – by Mielika P.

Centralbadet

To begin with. On the day of reservation my boyfriend got sick, the support told him the visit is non refundable and we can’t change the date due to sickness. Later on they agreed to change the date just after showing a certificate from doctor. Like what???
So we were at Centralbadet today and one thing I can say for sure- it’s not worth the money.
The lady handing out the towels had such an attitude and she wasn’t nice to us.
Most of the staff didn’t speak Swedish and English as well. We had troubles communicating.
The place is very crowded, why let so many people in at the same time.
What you got doesn’t match the price, you get access to one pool, weird jacuzzis and foot bath. The only thing I liked is the saunas.
When I came in the changing roomed there were no shelf’s for shoes so the shoes were laying all over the place and it was impossible to go.
The whole building is confusing, you go up and down and to get to restaurant you need to go floor down and floor up?
The sun terrace is another story…. I thought it would be something there but no. There was no good signing. To get up there you go through a living house with apartments??? So anyone can see you half naked. I came up there and it was just snow and the workout machines covered in snow (rust?).
It was also quite weird that the restaurant is both for spa clients and just everyone.
If you want to see beautiful architecture and that’s it- it’s the place for you. If you’re expecting a nice relaxing experience I recommend to choose another place.
