Lindeberg took a slightly different path when he broke up with Björn from their two-star restaurant Frantzén/Lindeberg in the Old Town. I had a little higher expectations when I tried his bakery the other day. Had a grilled "Carolina - Bialy with jalapenomayo, pulled pork, cole slaw, pickles, silver onion, coriander, Provolone cheese & Cayenne chili mash". How good did that sound? Unfortunately, it was nothing special. The bread was good, but the content was a bit stingy and not wow taste-wise. Can't have been more than 20g pulled pork on, max! It's possible that I was influenced by my expectations, but I don't see how I could think this was more than okay regardless of whether I had no expectations or not...
