But now I have at least been there three times and created me a fairly overall picture of the place. Firstly, the staff is unfortunately not service-minded. There has been dishes everywhere (both outside and inside) at all times, the coffee has either been burnt or out and the service at checkout has been generally lethargic. So amazingly too bad considering that the room is relatively cozy and large, the outdoor terrace is completely clean along the water and the coffee is good. From previous reviews judging, I may have had bad luck and I will actually go back when the outdoor terrace reopened in the spring to see if the bad luck turns.
