Lady Love Wellness is a safe space for the wellbeing and health of all women, non-binary, LBTQ+ and trans- people, right by Zinkensdamm in Södermalm. They offer a holistic experience with body and soul in focus, where health, nutrition and movement combine in a warm, inclusive environment inspiring balance and harmony.  

The business is run by Zarah Love Pittaluga, alias Lady Love, who with her long background in health has created a place where you can get the support and tools you need to live a healthier and more conscious life. The range includes everything from exercise, nutritional advice and coaching to beauty treatments, piercing and healing.

The environment at Lady Love Wellness is designed to promote calm and recovery. In bright premises and a welcoming atmosphere, Zarah wants to create a pause in everyday life, where you can be completely yourself. With a passion for women's health and wellbeing, she creates a space where people should feel welcome and inspired to prioritise their mental and physical health. 

Lady Love Wellness can also help arrange customised activities for different parties and occasions, such as friends, colleagues, family, hen parties and birthdays. Suggestions for themes and activities for a themed evening could be yoni steam, skin care, piercing, healing ceremonies or other activities related to diet, health and lifestyle.
