Ordered a set of necklaces and bracelets from the website. The bracelet had a small weld at the hilt. Thus, it is used in the past and repaired. Unacceptable to sell used and cooked products! Contacted customer service who offered a free return (which is already included for all purchases). Dissatisfied with their casualness.
