Totally OK place in large room. Espresso House's "problem", as for all chains, is that the unevenness is noticeable among the baristas if you go to one place more than once, probably because of the amount of baristas they have to 'produce' while smaller places can focus more on staff, and then the basic coffee itself becomes important - and I think that's a four.
However, frothing skills vary a lot here as well as on some other EH and other chains.
