This award-winning patisserie has become a popular watering hole among in-the-know Stockholmers. After their success in Gärdet, the owners decided to open up a second branch in Jarlahuset on Birger Jarlsgatan. Sustainability is an important part of their philosophy, and they use locally-grown fruit and other Swedish ingredients wherever possible.
Fosch Artisan Pâtisserie serves both sweet and savoury treats throughout the day. At lunchtime they serve grilled sandwiches made from their own bread, along with soup and a range of hearty salads. Sweet-toothed guests will always find waffles on the menu, as well as the creative and ambitious cakes, pastries and breads for which Fosch is famous.
